In case of deadline non-compliance, MK Mountain Resort reserves the right to cancel the booking.<\/p>\n<h5>Domestic payment methods:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>the payment is made in RSD at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia, for cash on the day of payment <\/li>\n<li>to the current account of MK Mountain Resort<\/li>\n<li>by payment card at the hotel reception (Master, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Dina Card, American Express)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Methods of payment from abroad:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>payment to the foreign currency account of MK Mountain Resort from abroad; bank charges are borne by the payer, otherwise, <\/li>\n<li>costs will be charged at the hotel reception in RSD equivalent at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia, for cash, on the day of payment.<\/li>\n<li>by payment card (Master, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Dina Card, American Express)<\/li>\n<li>In case of changes in the monetary market, MK Mountain Resort reserves the right to adjust prices<\/li>\n<li>The price is guaranteed only for the payment of the full amount. Otherwise, only the amount of the advance payment is guaranteed, the rest is subject to change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Terms of cancellation and change of reservation date:<\/h2>\n<p>Accommodation booking, when paid in full, is valid until 23.59h on the day of arrival.<br \/>\nCancellation or change of booking date can be submitted in writing exclusively to the email address: <a href=\"mailto:info@mkresort.com\">info@mkresort.com<\/a><br \/>\nThe date of written cancellation is the basis for calculating the fee, expressed as a percentage of the total price of accommodation or package, as follows: <\/p>\n<p>For all bookings made after the &#8220;early booking&#8221; period, in the period from 01\/11\/2021.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>30% of the total value of the booking will be charged if the booking is canceled or the date is changed up to 21 days before the start of the service.<\/li>\n<li>50% of the total value of the booking will be charged if the booking is canceled or the term is changed 20 to 8 days before the start of the service.<\/li>\n<li>100% of the total value of the booking will be charged if the booking is canceled or changed 7 to 0 days before the start of the service or during the service or in case of non-appearance of the guest at the hotel.<\/li>\n<li>In case the guest leaves the hotel before the booked departure date, MK Mountain Resort retains funds for the unused part of the stay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For all bookings made under the terms for the &#8220;early booking&#8221; period, in the period until 31\/10\/2021.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The hotel retains a fixed amount of 300 EUR charged on the basis of &#8220;early booking&#8221; non-refundable advance payment per proforma invoice issued within 5 days of receipt of booking confirmation if the booking is canceled or changed between the date of booking and 21 days before the service.<\/li>\n<li>50% of the total value of the booking will be charged if the booking is canceled or the term is changed 20 to 8 days before the start of the service.<\/li>\n<li>100% of the total value of the booking will be charged if the booking is canceled or changed 7 to 0 days before the start of the service or during the service or in case of non-appearance of the guest at the hotel.<\/li>\n<li>In case the guest leaves the hotel before the booked departure date, MK Mountain Resort retains funds for the unused part of the stay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Special conditions for confirmation, change, and cancellation of bookings:<\/h2>\n<p>Covid guarantee &#8211; guarantees a refund of the amount paid for hotel services in full, in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>confirmed presence of coronavirus in one or more persons to whom the booking of accommodation refers (evidence of positive PCR test results) for domestic and foreign guests<\/li>\n<li>closure of borders for foreign guests <\/li>\n<li>declaration of a state of emergency and prohibition of movement on the territory of RS, for domestic and foreign guests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In casee you have been in contact with a person who has been diagnosed with coronavirus, or have symptoms caused by coronavirus, please let us know.<br \/>\nIn the case as per the previous paragraph, your booking can be realized at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms of payment: Minimum 30% advance payment (300 euros non-refundable advance for early booking, in RSD at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia, for cash, on the day of payment) within 5 days of issuing of the proforma invoice and the balance no later than 20 days prior to arrival.
